AN ANALYSIS OF THE NARRATIVE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOCUMENTARY SERIES F1: DRIVE TO SURVIVE

The present study aims to analyze how it is presented, from the filmic point of view, the narrative construction of the documentary series "F1: Drive to Survive", from Netflix. Thus, this work, which is particularized by the use of Basic, Exploratory, Bibliographic, Case Study and Qualitative research, listed screenshots that were then analyzed from the Image Rhetoric of Barthes (1990). At the end of the work, it was found, from the analyzes carried out, that the narrative construction and the cinematic elements present in the series sought to highlight, in many ways, the conflicts present in the 2021 season of the automobile category, who won the first title of Red Bull Racing driver Max Verstappen.
