Keywords:
Jornalismo participativo, Espetáculo, TwitterAbstract
News coverage in real time, sending information of the venue of the event from mobile platforms are being put into practice by international, national and regional journalistic organizations. On the other hand, there is also journalistic production in microblogs made by amateurs, citizen-reporters or produsers, called participatory journalism and participatory webjournalism. Thus, the article works with two aspects: the first is to question whether the practice of the amateur videographer is considered news or spectacular product and if this modifies the productive routines of these videos sent by netizens. The second indicates the collaborative production as a strategy of customer loyalty to companies.
