THE STRANGE WORLD OF TIM BURTON COMES TO STREAMING
AN ANALYSIS OF WANDINHA'S EXPRESSIONIST VISUALITY

Consecrated as one of the great directors of contemporary cinema, since the beginning of his career Tim Burton has presented a unique aesthetic, which deviates from Hollywood standards. To better understand the richness of the director's visuality and how he builds it in his most recent success, Wandinha (2022), this article will make a brief approach to his main works in the light of the influence of German Expressionism and a deeper analysis of the new Netflix series.
