Mobile and Portable Digital Television

The digital television system adopted by Brazil allows the signal reception of broadcast TV on mobile devices and laptops. This paper aims to analyze issues related to the transmission of free and open TV signals for reception in portable and mobile devices enabled by 1SEG system. We will evaluate the behavior of the user, tv schedule, prime time and experiences in Japan.Downloads
