Abstract

This work aims to show the transformation of society and the position of woman and man, and as television, in the case, the series “24, points out that transformation implicitly that demonstrate through an analysis and comparisons. An example is like Jack Bauer, although alpha male, just, for often being pressured by the situation to show his emotions, remembering the melodrama, a fusion of melodrama with suspense and action. Television, through this hybridism, shows that society is changing and man and woman now assume postures more similar.

Graduação: Letras - Faculdades de Educação São Luís da cidade de Jaboticabal (SP) noperíodo de 2000 a 2002. Pós-graduação (lato Sensu): Metodologia em ensino-aprendizagem em línguaportuguesa – Faculdades de Educação São Luís no ano de 2003.
