On February 23, 1981, the military coup attempt marked the end of the transition from Franco to democracy in Spain. 30 years later, the event and its antecedents are recreated in literary and audiovisual narratives. This work proposes the analysis of "23-F: El Día más dificil del Rey", which was screened in two chapters by RTVE in 2009. To do this, he contrasts it with other contemporary productions to verify how they respond to the memory desire of contemporary Spanish society .Downloads
