The economics of audiovisual in the contemporary context of Creative Cities

This paper approaches the economics of audiovisual in cities with creative status. More than an adjective, it is in the bosom of communication activities, the audiovisual among them, culture, fashion, architecture, handicrafts or local crafts, that these cities have renewed the form of accumulation, reorganizing public and private spaces. The cities of Barcelona, Berlin, New York, Milan, and São Paulo are representative of the city's goal of analyzing the development of the audiovisual sector. Although this hypothesis may seem to indicate, through official data that help in a more realistic understanding of each one of them.Downloads
