Abstract

This research identifies, characterizes and analyzes the main communication innovation movements in Brazil and how they sustain and interact with the ecosystem. In order to do so, he carried out qualitative and exploratory research in three universes: startups, established media companies, investment funds and organizations promoting innovation. Primary and secondary data were collected through a structured interview, documentary research and participant observation. Among the results, it was verified that in all the research universes the degree of innovation is reduced, the innovation is incremental, and there is a lack of integration between the entities of the ecosystem.
