Abstract

The following interview deals with aspects that are fundamental today for the audiovisual sector. Particularly, the public policies and the innovation theme, as practiced by the municipal public company Spcine, have been adopted. Related subjects such as entrepreneurship, business, value chains, technology and politics cross the interview, as they permeate the reflection on the audiovisual in Brazil.
