Review: Networks of stagnation and distrust
Abstract
In the book "Networks of Indignation and Hope", Manuel Castells analyzes the social network movements that have occurred in the last decade in several countries, such as Iceland, Tunisia, Egypt, Spain and the United States. Although the book provides a description of these movements, the review attempts to problematize some of the analytical issues outlined in the book between networks, communication and activism.Downloads
