Rafael Antunes recently realized in Portugal projects of fiction oriented by the transmedia logic applied to storytelling. Both Blue Pencil and Mutter were able to have an impact on the Portuguese media, but the producer admits that there is still a great chasm between the transmediation projects and the logic of traditional film and television production. Rafael Antunes is part of the CIAKL project, European course in entrepreneurship for the creative industries, which involves several European Universities and companies in the field in search of new business models for the creative industries. In addition, he has developed his PhD in Communication Sciences at the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies, an institution that has supported the development of his projects in conjunction with the SIC (Independent Communication Society), in which he has been working since 2001.
