A new generation of public intellectuals emerged with the advent of digital media. He works in his own home, engaging in cultural and political debates centered on the new communities of cyberspace. We used as a case study the Rio de Janeiro virologist Felipe Neto. It has become very popular and influential from videos that you posted on the youtube videos sharing site. His speeches deal with themes ranging from tax policy, music to pop movies.Downloads
