Abstract

This article aims to analyze how the countries of France, Canada and Brazil relate their cultural policies to the new context of possibilities created by the internet. It is intended to highlight the importance of new forms of production, distribution and display of audiovisual content, the new business models that will be generated and the recognition that the States must give to this new conjuncture.
